Brainspotting: phase1 training

For the first time, brainspotting phase 1 training in Japan in Japanese will be held by me, a BSP trainer. Brainspotting, introduced by a phrase “where you look affects how you feel”, is a psychotherapy which recognizes both relational and neurobiological factors are significantly important in healing. It was developed and transformed from EMDR, a trauma therapy, and known its effectiveness and safety.
Since the development of it, it has been taught in the world, and the international brainspotting conference has just finished today which I have attended. Brainspotting is recognized in the world.
Flying to several countries more than 5 times, I have learned brainspotting and skilled enough to be allowed to teach it as a trainer. And I have my first training on 3/19 and 3/20 with more than 50 trainees to teach, feeling excited to make it successful.
