I want to improve my singing.
You may have desire to look cool in karaoke party or anything else by singing professionally.
Yet this desire for people who have a dream to be a singer is nothing to be compared; their motivation can be extremely high.

I had a brainspotting session in public, that is demonstration with a one who is trying hard to be a singer.
Brainspotting is the object of my “extremely high motivation”. I have traveled to the U.S. many times to get to learn and now David Grand, a founder, wants me to teach brainspotting in Japan. This was originally derived from a session with an ice skater who could not do a certain jump which should not be very difficult for that client thinking of her high ability and skill. So it is expected that brainspotting can help enhancing performance in sports. Also, it would help artistic people to perform better.

Because it was a public performance and the first performance enhancement session in Japan (at least at a public space), to show what it makes, I asked my client to perform before the session and after the session.

It felt just amazing to only think about what I had learned from that experience. It was simply “unthinkable”. No matter how you are not experienced in singing nor no matter how you are not interested in singing, you can tell. There were a lot of differences between these two performances. Simply, the quality was just different. It was not the case that the performance before the session was not really good. The fact was opposite. I could not think of any possibility that the performance would be better because it was good already. The brainspotting session helped her to produce even better performance.

I was surprised and moved by this result and thought that it would be profoundly helpful for to-be professional singer to have brainspotting session to actually be recognized as a singer.
